✓One project for the whole group
✓Access is required 15–20 minutes before the activity
✓A responsible adult must remain present
✓Final participant numbers confirmed in advance
✓You prepare the venue and provide tables, chairs and table coverings
✓Travel within 10 km of Mt Wellington is included
✓Please have tables, chairs and coverings ready before we arrive
✓Outside this area, a travel fee will be confirmed before booking
